摘要
实验教学是加深医学微生物理论知识的关键部分,也是培养医学生创造力和动手能力的重要途径。教学实践中发现传统微生物学实验课程内容与方法已经逐渐与社会实践脱节,教学效果有待提高。在前期探索的基础上,为进一步提升教学效果,课程组充分分析教学问题,整合教学内容,改革教学方法。以乙型脑炎病毒减毒活疫苗制备为主要内容,在保障生物安全的基础上,将病毒标本处置、生物安全与个人防护、病毒分离培养和鉴定等教学目标及病毒学相关的重要内容融入其中,并在多个部分融入对学员创新能力的培养,形成了一套以应用与创新为导向,从理论到实践、从实践到创新的“医学微生物学实验”课程教学模式。这种模式的初步应用取得了良好的效果。
Experiment teaching is a key part of deepening the theoretical knowledge of medical microbiology,and it is also an important way to cultivate the creativity and practical ability of medical students.In teaching practice,it is found that the content and methods of traditional microbiology experiment courses have gradually become out of touch with social practice,and the teaching effect needs to be improved.On the basis of previous exploration,in order to further improve the teaching effect,the course group fully analyzes the teaching problems,integrates the teaching content,and reforms the teaching method.Taking the preparation of live attenuated Japanese encephalitis vaccine as the main content,on the basis of ensuring biosafety,the teaching objectives such as virus specimen disposal,biosafety and personal protection,virus isolation,culture and identification,and the important content related to virology are integrated.The cultivation of students’innovative ability are integrated in many parts,forming a set of application and innovation-oriented teaching model of medical microbiology experiment courses from theory to practice,and from practice to innovation.The initial application of this model has achieved good results.
