基于需求牵引的多学科交叉研究生协同培养模式研究——以机电系统为例

摘要 目前研究生培养模式大多采用单一的导师负责制,培养过程中受限于专业、导师以及学科,研究生在短学制内能够接触到的科研资源和训练有限,尤其在没有大项目支撑的情况下,学生的综合科研能力得不到有效锻炼与提高,难以培养新时代肩负国家重大科技攻关和破解工程难题的高科技人才。通过对多学科交叉研究生协同培养模式的研究,有利于打破学科壁垒,模糊专业界限,加强学科交叉课程体系建设,从而培养能够承担国家重大任务的高层次、跨领域、多学科交叉的复合型专业人才。 At present,most of the postgraduate training models adopt a single supervisor responsibility system,which is limited by majors,supervisors and disciplines in the training process.The scientific research resources and training that postgraduates can access within the short academic system are limited,and especially in the absence of the support of large projects,students’comprehensive scientific research ability cannot be effectively exercised and improved.It is difficult to cultivate high-tech talents who shoulder major national scientific and technological problems and solve engineering problems in the new era.This paper explores the collaborative training model of interdisciplinary postgraduates,which is conducive to breaking disciplinary barriers,blurring professional boundaries and strengthening the construction of interdisciplinary curriculum system,so as to cultivate high-level,broad field and multidisciplinary interdisciplinary professional talents who can undertake major national tasks.
