铜矿选矿废水处理技术研究现状与展望

摘要 铜矿选矿过程产生的废水含有的污染物多,导致周边环境严重污染。随着我国水资源的短缺及环保要求的日益严格,亟需解决废水处理问题。以铜矿选矿废水为研究对象,分析了其来源、基本特征以及对环境的危害性。针对铜矿选矿废水中的固体悬浮物、重金属离子和有机选矿药剂,分别阐述了自然沉降、吸附、絮凝、化学沉淀以及高级氧化等处理方法,并对各种方法的机理及优缺点进行总结分析,探讨铜矿选矿废水在处理中存在的问题,对废水的治理研究进行展望,指出应开发高效且生态友好的多种联合处理新工艺,降低废水对环境的污染,实现废水的高效治理。 The wastewater produced by the beneficiation process of copper mines contains many pollutants,resulting in serious pollution of the surrounding environment.With the shortage of water resources in China and the increasingly stringent environmental protection requirements,it is urgent to solve the problem of wastewater treatment.Taking copper ore beneficiation wastewater as the research object,its source,basic characteristics and environmental hazard were analyzed,and the treatment methods of natural settlement,adsorption,flocculation,chemical precipitation and advanced oxidation were elaborated for solid suspended solids,heavy metal ions and organic mineral processing agents in copper ore beneficiation wastewater.The mechanism,advantages and disadvantages of various methods are summarized and analyzed.The problems existing in the treatment of copper ore beneficiation wastewater were discussed,and the research on wastewater treatment was prospected,and it was pointed out that a variety of efficient and eco-friendly joint treatment processes should be developed to reduce the pollution of wastewater to the environment and realize efficient wastewater treatment.
