摘要
基于网格化管理技术、无人机航拍技术及各类信息采集手段,将4D-BIM与网格化管理方式相结合,研发基于BIM的站房网格化进度管理系统,重点论述系统技术架构、功能设计及创新点。该系统可对施工工序进行模拟调整、优化施工流水、加快周转料的周转速度、降低施工难度及成本;通过建立监督和处置互相分离的形式,实现质量与安全问题的精准定位、责任到人、信息通畅,从而更加及时有效地采取措施解决问题。
Based on grid management technology,UAV aerial photography technology and various information acquisition methods,this paper considers 4D-BIM combined with grid management to develop a BIM-based grid progress management system for station buildings,focusing on the technical architecture,functional design and innovation of the system.The system can simulate and adjust the construction process,optimize the construction flow,accelerate the turnover speed of revolving materials,and reduce construction difficulty and cost.By establishing separate supervision and disposal,it can achieve the accurate positioning of quality and safety problems,assign responsibilities to people,and smooth information,so as to take more timely and effective measures to solve problems.
