高铁工程建设质量直接影响运营安全,随着新一代信息技术的发展,高速铁路质量管理与信息技术的融合成为重要的发展方向,完善的高铁质量数字化管理体系成为重要支撑。基于此,开展数字化高铁工程质量系统管理体系架构研究,对体系的整体、资源平台、基础平台、数字中台、业务应用、技术体系、管理体系的构建方式与内容开展深入思考,助力高铁工程高质量建设,为高铁工程质量管理模式数字化转型提供理论基础。

The construction quality of high speed railway projects directly affects operation safety.With the development of a new generation of information technology,the integration of high speed railway quality management and information technology has become an important development direction,and the perfect high speed railway quality digital management system has become an important support.Based on this,the research on the digitalization and quality system management system architecture of high speed railway is carried out,and in-depth thinking is carried out on the construction methods and contents of the whole system,resource platform,basic platform,digital middle station,business application,technical system and management system,so as to help the high-quality construction of high speed railway and provide a theoretical basis for the digital transformation of high speed railway quality management mode.
