低频重复经颅磁刺激联合阿普唑仑在焦虑症伴失眠患者中的应用

Low Frequency Repetitive Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation Combined with Alprazolam in Patients with Anxiety and Insomnia

目的:观察低频重复经颅磁刺激(rTMS)联合阿普唑仑在治疗焦虑症伴失眠患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2020年6月-2021年6月宜昌市优抚医院收治的焦虑症伴失眠患者60例为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组与研究组,各30例。对照组给予阿普唑仑治疗,研究组在对照组基础上联合低频rTMS治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效、心理状态[临床症状自评量表(SCL-90)]、认知功能[简明心理状况测验(MMSE)]、睡眠质量[匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)]。结果:研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.037);治疗后,两组患者SCL-90评分均降低,MMSE评分均升高,研究组SCL-90评分低于对照组,研究组MMSE评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者PSQI评分均降低,研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:低频rTMS联合阿普唑仑在治疗焦虑症伴失眠患者中应用效果良好,可有效提高患者临床疗效,促进其身心健康状态,改善患者睡眠质量。

Objective:To observe the effect of low frequency repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation(rTMS)combined with alprazolam in the treatment of patients with anxiety and insomnia.Methods:Sixty patients with anxiety disorder and insomnia admitted to Yichang Youfu Hospital from June 2020 to June 2021 were selected as the research objects.According to the method of random number table,they were divided into control group and study group,with thirty cases in each group.The control group was treated with alprazolam and the study group was treated with low frequency rTMS on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,mental state[SCL-90],cognitive function[MMSE],and sleep quality[Pittsburgh sleep quality index scale]were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.037).After treatment,SCL-90 score decreased and MMSE score increased in both groups.SCL-90 score in study group was lower than that in control group,while MMSE score in study group was higher than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,PSQI scores of both groups were decreased,and the study group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Low frequency rTMS combined with alprazolam has a good effect in the treatment of patients with anxiety and insomnia,which can effectively improve the clinical efficacy of patients,promote their physical and mental health,and improve the quality of sleep.
