集束化护理在高脂血症胰腺炎中的应用效果

Application Effect of Clustered Care in Hyperlipidemic Pancreatitis

目的:探讨集束化护理对高脂血症胰腺炎患者生活质量、睡眠质量及相关生化指标的影响。方法:选取2020年8月-2022年4月徐州矿物集团总医院收治的高脂血症胰腺炎患者80例为观察对象,根据随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,各40例。对照组实施常规内科护理干预,观察组实施集束化护理干预。比较两组患者生化指标、睡眠质量、生活质量。结果:干预后,两组患者C反应蛋白、甘油三酯、血尿酸、血淀粉酶、血乳酸脱氢酶水平均低于干预前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组以上指标低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.000)。干预后,两组患者匹兹堡睡眠指数量表评分均降低,观察组以上指标均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,两组患者社会功能、心理功能、躯体功能、物质状态评分均升高,观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:高脂血症胰腺炎患者实施集束化护理可降低生化指标水平,提高患者睡眠质量及生活质量。

Objective:To explore the effect of clustered care on the quality of life,sleep quality and related biochemical indexes in patients with hyperlipidemic pancreatitis.Methods:Eighty cases of hyperlipidemic pancreatitis patients admitted to General Hospital of Xuzhou Mining Group from August 2020 to April 2022 were selected as observation subjects and divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,forty cases each.The control group implemented conventional internal medicine nursing interventions,and the observation group implemented clustered nursing interventions.The biochemical indexes,sleep quality,and quality of life of the patients in the two groups were compared.Results:After the intervention,the levels of C-reactive protein,triglyceride,blood uric acid,blood amylase,and blood lactate dehydrogenase were lower than those before the intervention in both groups,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The above indexes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.000).After the intervention,the scores of Pittsburgh Sleepiness Scale were lower in both groups,and the above indexes were lower in the observation group than in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention,the scores of social function,psychological function,somatic function and material state were higher in both groups,and the observation group was higher than the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of clustered care for patients with hyperlipidemic pancreatitis can reduce the level of biochemical indicators and improve the quality of sleep and quality of life of patients.
