住院患者留置针所致静脉炎行中药贴敷干预的护理效果分析

Nursing Effect Analysis of Chinese Medicine Paste for Phlebitis Caused by Indwelling Needle

目的:分析留置针所致静脉炎住院患者使用中药贴敷的护理效果。方法:选取2021年3月-2022年3月兰州市第二人民医院的住院患者200例为观察对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各100例。对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组给予常规护理联合中药贴敷护理干预。比较两组患者静脉炎发生率、护理依从性、护理满意度。结果:观察组静脉炎发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.009)。护理后,两组患者遵医嘱服药、自我护理留置针、合理饮食护理依从性评分均高于护理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组各项评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.000)。观察组主动服务、健康宣教、穿刺水平、交流能力护理满意度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.000)。结论:住院患者在留置针使用过程中合理地进行中药贴敷,能有效预防静脉炎的发生,患者护理依从性及满意度较高。

Objective:To analyze the nursing effect of Chinese medicated paste on inpatients with phlebitis caused by indwelling needle.Methods:A total of two hundred inpatients from the Lanzhou Second People's Hospital from March 2021 to March 2022 were selected as observation objects,and were divided into control group and observation group with one hundred cases in each group according to random number table method.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was given routine nursing combined with Chinese medicine paste nursing intervention.The incidence of phlebitis,nursing compliance and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The incidence of phlebitis in observation group was lower than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.009).After nursing,the nursing compliance scores of patients in 2 groups were higher than those before nursing,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.000).The nursing satisfaction scores of active service,health education,puncture level and communication ability of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P=0.000).Conclusion:In the process of using indwelling needle,the reasonable Chinese medicine paste can effectively prevent the occurrence of phlebitis,and the patient's nursing compliance and satisfaction are higher.
