综合护理干预在健康体检高血压患者中的应用价值

The Application Value of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention in Hypertensive Patients with Health Checkups

目的:分析综合护理干预在健康体检高血压患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2020年6月-2021年6月健康体检中检查出的高血压患者92例为观察对象,进行高血压治疗过程中对其实施综合护理干预,比较患者干预前后舒张压和收缩压、遵医嘱行为、自我行为管理。结果:综合护理干预后,患者舒张压和收缩压低于干预前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);综合护理干预后,患者检测血压、按时服药、控制饮食、定期复查、坚持锻炼的遵医嘱行为率高于干预前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);综合护理干预后,患者自护责任感、健康知识水平、自我概念、自我护理技能评分高于干预前,差异有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:在健康体检高血压患者中应用综合护理干预可改善患者血压水平,促进患者遵医嘱行为,提高患者自我行为管理能力。

Objective:To analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in hypertensive patients with health checkups.Methods:Ninety-two cases of hypertensive patients examined in health checkups from June 2020 to June 2021 were selected as ob⁃servation subjects,and comprehensive nursing interventions were implemented for them during hypertension treatment.The diastolic and systolic blood pressure,compliance behavior,and self-behavior management of the patients were compared before and after the intervention.Results:After the comprehensive nursing intervention,the diastolic and systolic blood pressure of the patients were lower than before the intervention,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the comprehensive nursing interven⁃tion,the compliance behavior rates of blood pressure testing,taking medication on time,controlling diet,regular review and insisting on exercise were higher than those before the intervention,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the compre⁃hensive nursing intervention,the patients'scores of self-care responsibility,health knowledge level,self-concept,and self-care skills were higher than those before the intervention,and the difference was statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Applying comprehensive nursing intervention in hypertensive patients in health checkups can improve patients'blood pressure levels,promote patients'compliancebehavior,andimprovepatients'self-behaviormanagementability.
