基于思维导图的PBL教学模式在骨科教学过程中的应用

摘要 目的:分析以问题为导向的教学方法(PBL)联合思维导图教学应用于骨科教学工作中的教学效果。方法:选取2021年1-12月在海军军医大学第二附属医院骨科学习的本科医学生90例为本次研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各45例。对照组给予思维导图教学模式教学,观察组给予PBL联合思维导图教学。比较两组医学生考试成绩情况和医学生教学满意度。结果:观察组理论考试、实践技能考试成绩高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.000);观察组医学生教学满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:将PBL联合思维导图教学应用于骨科教学工作中可以提高医学生的考试成绩,增强学生的实际操作能力,提高骨科教学的质量,医学生对PBL联合思维导图教学模式较满意。 Objective:To analyze the effect of PBL teaching model combined with mind mapping in orthopedic teaching.Methods:A total of ninety undergraduate medical students studying in the Department of Orthopedics of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Naval Medical University from January to December 2021 were selected as the subjects of this study.They were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,with forty-five cases in each group.The control group was given mind mapping teaching model,and the observation group was given PBL teaching model combined mind mapping teaching.The examination results and teaching satisfaction of medical students were compared between the two groups.Results:The test scores of theory and practical skills in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.000).The teaching satisfaction of medical students in observation group was higher than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of PBL teaching model combined mind mapping teaching in orthopedics teaching can improve the examination scores of medical students,enhance their practical ability and improve the quality of orthopedics teaching.Medical students are satisfied with the PBL teaching model combined mind mapping teaching mode.
