不同砂滤料配比对宁夏引黄灌区盐碱地暗管排水非全流过滤的影响 被引量:2

Effects of different ratios of sand filter media on non-full flow filtration of subsurface drainage in Yellow River irrigation area of Ningxia

摘要 探究不同砂滤料配比暗管排水非全流装置对农田排水过滤效果的影响,以宁夏引黄灌区稻田盐碱地为试验区,分别设置细砂粒(F1)、细砂粒和细碎石1:2混合(F2)、细碎石(F3)3种砂滤料,研究不同砂滤料配比对滤水流量、排盐及滤沙效果的影响。结果表明,与F1和F3处理相比,F2处理可有效减缓砂滤料堵塞程度,F2处理平均滤水流量较F1和F3处理分别提高131.33%和106.45%;F2处理排盐、滤沙效果同样优于F1和F3处理,其中F2处理滤水中平均TDS含量和浊度相比于F1和F3处理分别降低34.64%、31.40%和31.02%、62.18%。综上,宁夏引黄灌区稻田盐碱地暗管排水非全流过滤砂滤料选用细砂粒和细碎石1:2混合较单一砂滤料而言,可有效提升其过滤性能。 In order to explore the effects of different sand filter material ratios subsurface pipe drainage non-total flow device on farmland drainage filtration effect,taking the saline-alkali land of paddy field in Ningxia Yellow River irrigation area as the test area,three kinds of sand filter materials,fine sand(F1),1:2 mixture of fine sand and fine gravel(F2)and fine gravel(F3),were set up respectively to study the effects of different sand filter devices on filtration flow,salt discharge and sand filtration.The results showed that compared with F1 and F3 treatments,F2 treatment could effectively slow down the clogging of sand filter media,and the average drainage flow of F2 treatment increased by 131.33%and 106.45%,respectively.The effects of salt discharge and sand filtration of F2 treatment were better than those of F1 and F3 treatments.The average TDS content and turbidity of F2 treatment were 34.64%,31.40%and 31.02%,62.18%lower than those of F1 and F3 treatments.In summary,the Yellow River irrigation area of Ningxia paddy field subsurface drainage non-full flow filter sand filter material selection fine sand and fine gravel 1:2 mixed compared to a single sand filter material,could effectively improve its filtration performance.
