稳定同位素前处理及测试虚拟仿真设计

摘要 稳定同位素技术是广泛应用于海洋生态学研究中的一项重要生化示踪技术,针对海洋生态学实验教学中存在的因该技术前处理复杂、测试仪器和实验成本昂贵等因素而导致无法推广教学这一困难问题,设计了相应的前处理和大型仪器虚拟仿真实验操作模块。结合现代化仿真技术构建多元化的虚拟仿真实验平台,通过实现鱼组织样品干燥、粉碎、称量及同位素仪器测试的虚拟仿真过程,加强教学过程的直观性、可视性和易操作性,不仅保护了精密仪器,避免了资源浪费,更便于学生理解,优化教学效果,激发学生的学习兴趣和创新能力,最终达到学生能独立上手进行同位素样品实际测试以及独立开展科学研究的目的。 Stable isotope technology is an important biochemical tracer technique which is widely used in marine ecology research.In view of the difficult problem that the teaching can not be promoted in the experimental teaching of marine ecology due to the complex pretreatment and the high cost of testing instruments and experiments of this technology,virtual simulation experiment operation modules of the corresponding pretreatment and large-scale instruments are designed.Combined with modern simulation technology,a diversified virtual simulation experiment platform is constructed,and through the realization of the virtual simulation process of drying,crushing,weighing and isotope instrument testing of fish tissue samples,the intuitiveness,visuality and easy operation of the teaching process are strengthened,which not only protect the precision instruments and avoid the waste of resources,but also make it easier for students to understand,optimize the teaching effect,and stimulates students'learning interest and innovative ability,and finally achieve the goal that students are able to independently carry out practical testing of isotope samples and independently carry out scientific research.
