数据资产定价问题探讨

Study on the Issue of Data Asset Pricing

数据作为新型生产要素,是数字化、网络化、智能化的基础,已快速融入生产、分配、流通、消费和社会服务管理等各个环节,深刻改变着生产方式、生活方式和社会治理方式。因此,数据资产作为数字经济时代的产物,其概念及定价方法一直以来都是国内外学者讨论的重点问题。文章通过阐述数据资产的概念和特性,分析了数据资产的几种定价方法及其优缺点,进而提出了基于Hedonic模型的数据资产定价方法,旨在为加快大数据交易平台建设、完善数据资产定价机制提供参考。

As a new production factor,data is the basis of digitization,network and intelligence,and has been rapidly integrated into various aspects of production,distribution,circulation,consumption and social governance,profoundly changing the mode of production,life style and social governance.Therefore,as a product of the digital economy era,the definition and pricing of data assets have been the key issues discussed by scholars at home and abroad.To this end,the article attempts to elaborate the definition and attributes of data assets,and expounds several pricing methods and their pros and cons,and then proposes a pricing method based on Hedonic model,aiming to provide reference for the construction of big data trading platform and improving the pricing mechanism of data assets.
