基于OPENMV4的手持式香蕉成熟度检测仪

摘要 香蕉是人们日常生活中经常食用的水果,但由于其成熟周期短,且不易储存的特点,常导致食用生香蕉和过熟香蕉的情况。故设计一款手持式香蕉成熟度检测仪,其主要设备为OPENMV4摄像头。将香蕉成熟度分为六级。在标准的白光环境下,使用OPENMV4进行图像样本采集,并进行图像预处理,将RGB色彩空间中R通道值与二值化图像样本黑色像素占比值二者相结合来作为阈值划分参数,将用户采集到的图像样本色彩参数与规定阈值参数对比,得出对应的成熟度级别,并实时反馈当前香蕉是否适合食用的信息,从而实现手持式香蕉成熟度检测。经实验,其准确率可达到90.56%。 Banana is common fruit in the daily life,but due to its short ripening cycle,and the charact e ristic of not easy to store,bananas are often too raw or over-ripe for people to eat.Therefore,a hand-held banana maturity detector is designed,and its main device is OPENMV4 camera.The banana ripeness is divided into six levels.In a standard white light environment,a built-up handheld device is used for image collection and image preprocessing.The combination of the Rchannel value in the RGB color space and the black pixel ratio of the binarized image sample is used as the threshold division parameter.The color parameters of the image samples collected by the user are compared with the prescribed threshold parameters to obtain the corresponding maturity level.The information on whether current bananas are suitable for consumption is fed back in real time,so that hand-held banana ripeness detection is realized.Through the test,the accuracy rate can reach 90.56%,which makes it more convenient for users to choose bananas to eat in daily family life.
