多因素约束条件下永磁复合电机抽油机效率控制技术

摘要 为提升永磁复合电机抽油机采油效率,提出基于多因素约束条件的永磁复合电机抽油机效率控制技术。构建抽油机悬点载荷动态响应模型,在油管锚定状态下将抽油杆柱运动划分成四个阶段,并建立悬点力平衡方程,通过系统动态响应曲线计算抽油机等效质量和摩擦力;使用流量、压力等信息计算系统当前效率,按照效率变化方向采用智能无模型梯度法进行系统效率寻优,完成高精度永磁复合电机抽油机效率控制。实验结果证明本研究的技术可以让抽油机系统维持在合理工作区间,有效增强采油效率,节能减耗效果良好。 In order to improve the oil recovery efficiency of permanent magnet composite motor(PMCM)pumping unit,the efficiency control technology of PMCM pumping unit based on multi-factor constraints is proposed.The dynamic response model of the suspension point load of the pumping unit is established,and the rod string movement is divided into four stages under the condition of tubing anchoring.The suspension point force balance equation is established,and the equivalent mass and friction force of the pumping unit are calculated by the dynamic response curve of the system.The current efficiency of the system is calculated with the information of flow rate and pressure.According to the direction of efficiency change,the intelligent model-free gradient method is used to optimize the system efficiency,and the efficiency control of the pumping unit of high-precision permanent magnet composite motor is completed.The experimental results show that the proposed method can maintain the pumping unit system in a reasonable working range,effectively enhance the oil recovery efficiency,and achieve good effect of energy saving and consumption reduction.
