摘要
为进一步提升智慧铁路供配电的自动运维水平与效率,对自动运维状态视频巡检系统展开研究。利用画面显示、图像存储与回放、设备控制以及视频巡检等,完成系统功能模块设置,选用红外热成像云台摄像机、远程空调控制器以及高清红外智能球型摄像机等设备,构建系统硬件配置,采用马尔科夫模型分析求解运维状态,通过设定采样参数与故障率预测输入控制量,分析故障率与各指标对运维状态的影响。通过仿真实验结果可知系统巡检效率、客观性与智能性都比较理想,从长远角度来说,经济效益优势也较为显著,巡检任务完成度相对更高。
In order to further improve the level and efficiency of automatic operation and maintenance of smart railway power supply and distribution,research is carried out on the automatic operation and maintenance status video inspection system.Use screen display,image storage and playback,equipment control,and video inspections to complete the system function module settings.Use infrared thermal imaging pan-tilt cameras,remote air conditioning controllers,and high-definition infrared smart dome cameras to build the system hardware configuration.The Markov model is used to analyze and solve the operation and maintenance status,and the influence of the failure rate and various indicators on the operation and maintenance status is analyzed by setting the sampling parameters and the failure rate to predict the input control quantity.The results of the simulation experiment show that the inspection efficiency,objectivity and intelligence of the built system are relatively ideal.From a long-term perspective,the economic benefits are also more significant,and the inspection task completion degree is relatively higher.
