摘要
本文总结1例行经心尖入路经导管主动脉瓣置换术(TA-TAVR)治疗的患者的护理经验,包括术前准备、术前讨论、术中配合要点、预见性干预等护理内容,通过开展精准的围术期护理,有助于保证患者手术的顺利实施。
This paper summarized the nursing measures for a patient undergoing transapical transcatheter aortic valve replacement.Key issues of perioperative nursing included preoperative preparation,preoperative preparation,preoperative consultation,intraoperative cooperation,pre⁃dictive nursing.Precise nursing interventions are the foundation of the successful surgical treat⁃ment.
