新冠疫情对大学生就业心理的影响及对策建议——基于结构方程模型

A Study on the Employment Psychology of College Students under the Influence of the COVID-19 Epidemic——Based on Structural Equation Model

新冠疫情发生以来,大学生就业心理问题备受关注。以河北省大学生为研究对象,运用问卷调查的方法,建立多元回归模型,探究影响大学生消极就业心理的因素。借助AMOS软件构建结构方程模型,分析新冠疫情对大学生就业心理的影响路径。研究结果表明,国家、学校、家庭及个人因素可直接作用于大学生的就业心理,均可有效缓解大学生的就业心理压力。其中个人因素和学校因素负荷量较高,说明大学生就业心理状况与自身和学校方面息息相关,家庭因素通过影响个人因素间接影响大学生的就业心理。基于研究结果,从国家、学校、家庭和个人的角度提出了提升大学生就业信心的对策建议。

Since the occurrence of the COVID-19 epidemic,the employment psychological problems of college students have attracted much attention.By using the questionnaire method,a multiple regression equation with college students in Hebei Province as the research object was established to explore the influencing factors affecting employment psychology.The structural equation model was constructed with the help of AMOS software to analyze the influence path of the data and study the employment psychological state and influencing factors of college students.The results show that state,campus,family and personal factors can directly act on the employment psychology of college students,and all of them can effectively alleviate the employment pressure.Among them,personal factors and school factors have higher loadings,which indicates that the employment psychological condition of college students is closely related to their own and school aspects,and family factors also indirectly affect college students'employment psychology through influencing personal factors.Based on the results of the study,corresponding measures to improve college students'employment confidence are proposed from the perspectives of the state,campus,family and individual.
