以人民为中心视域下乡村振兴的现实逻辑及路径选择

The Realistic Logic and Path Choice of Rural Revitalization in a People-centred Perspective

作为习近平新时代中国特色社会主义经济思想的重要组成部分,以人民为中心推进乡村振兴,实现全体人民共同富裕,是对坚持以人民为中心发展思想的深刻阐释和时代回应,有其自身的现实逻辑:顺应新时代我国国情面临的新变化,适用于新时代我国社会主要矛盾变化,契合中国共产党全心全意为人民服务的鲜明宗旨。在新时代,坚定不移地继续推行以人民为中心的乡村振兴,要坚持党组织成为乡村振兴的坚强支撑、激发农村群众参与乡村振兴的主体力量、构建和完善以群众需求为导向的振兴模式、推动和拓宽社会力量助力乡村振兴、帮助群众探索可持续发展的振兴新路子,切实解决农村群众致富难题,确保乡村振兴振到点上和振到根上,促进乡村宜居宜业和农民富裕富足。

As an important part of Xi Jinping’s Economic Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for the New Era,the notion of promoting rural revitalization with the people as the centre and achieving common prosperity for all people is a profound interpretation and contemporary response to the idea of adhering to people-centred development,and has its own realistic logic.That is,it responds to the new changes in China’s national conditions in the new era,applies to the changes in the main contradictions in China’s society in the new era,and fits the Communist Party of China’s distinctive tenet of serving the people wholeheartedly.In order to continue to promote people-centred rural revitalization unswervingly in the new era,we should insist that the Party organization becomes the strong support for rural revitalization,stimulate the main force of the rural masses to participate in rural revitalization,build and improve a revitalization model oriented to the needs of the masses,promote and broaden social forces to help rural revitalization,help the masses explore new ways of revitalization for sustainable development,and effectively solve the difficult problems confronted by the rural masses on their way to getting rich.In this sense,the fundamental and key points can be guaranteed in the process of rural revitalization,thus making rural areas suitable to live and work in and promoting the prosperity of farmers.
