澳大利亚农民职业教育“四环联动”及对我国乡村人才振兴的启示

"Four-loop Linkage"of Australian Farmers'Vocational Education and Its Implications for China's Rural Talent Revitalization

当前,我国正在大力实施乡村振兴战略,必须把人才振兴放在首位。澳大利亚重视农民职业教育,形成了较为完善的农民职业教育体系。通过对其农民职业教育体系进行分析,发现其“四环联动”的农民职业教育模式具有如下特点:需求明确;长期目标和短期评估完善目标统一,教育体系灵活互通;培训内容明确,培训技术先进,运作模式市场化;评估完善。我国应借鉴澳大利亚农民职业教育的成功经验,结合我国农民培育的实际情况,制定明确的战略目标、营造良好的发展环境、加强弱势群体教育等。

At present,China vigorously implements rural revitalization strategy,and talent revitalization must be given top priority.Australia attaches great importance to the cultivation of new professional farmers,and has formed a relatively complete farmer vocational education system.Its"four-ring linkage"farmer vocational education model has the following characteristics:based on actual situation and requirements;unified long-term goals and short-term evaluation and improvement goals and flexible and interoperable education system;systematic training content,advanced training technology,and market-oriented operation mode;complete evaluation system.China should learn from the successful experience of Australian farmers'vocational education and base on the actual situation of farmers'cultivation in our country to formulate clear strategic goals,to create a good development environment,and to strengthen the education of disadvantaged groups.
