地方高校加强毕业生就业促进与服务工作策略

就业是民生之首、民心之安所在。在国家产业结构转型升级及高等教育招生规模不断扩大的背景下,当代大学生面临新的经济形势和就业形势,对于高校就业指导服务的诉求更强、要求更高。目前,地方高校对毕业生就业促进与服务的重视程度有待加强,就业指导服务的内容和形式缺乏创新,相关工作考核激励机制不够健全。高校要因时而进、因势而新,加强就业促进与服务工作顶层设计,更新优化就业指导服务内容,实施就业指导教育与行业融合,搭建大数据精准就业服务平台,完善考核指标体系构建及考核工作的组织实施,加强考核结果的激励作用。

Employment is essential to people’s wellbeing and people’s stability.The college students are faced with a new economic situation and employment situation under the background of the transformation and upgrading of national industrial structure and the expanding enrollment scale of higher education,and they have stronger demands and higher requirements for high quality employment guidance and services.At present,the attention to the employment promotion and service for graduates paid by the local colleges is not enough,the content and form of employment promotion and service are lack of innovation,and the relevant work assessment and incentive mechanism is not perfect.Upholding the concept of advancing and innovating according to the time and the situation,the local colleges should strengthen the top-level design of employment promotion and service,optimize the content of employment guidance services,realize the confusion between the employment guidance and the industry,build the precision employment service platform on big data,improve the construction of the assessment index system and the organization and implementation of the assessment work,and strengthen the incentive effect of the assessment results.
