高校档案作为一种来源广泛、内容丰富、门类齐全、形式多样的教育载体,蕴含着丰富的教育资源,在大学生思想政治教育中发挥着示范、激励、规诫等教育功能,具有坚定理想信念、厚植爱国荣校情怀、强化身份认同、培育道德品质的价值意义。因此,各高校在开展大学生思想政治工作时,应从优化教育环境、创新输出形式、深化档案编研、提升信息化水平等途径着手,最大限度地发挥高校档案的教育功能及价值,从而构建起全员、全过程、全方位助力大学生成才的育人格局。

As an educational carrier with a wide range of sources,rich content,complete categories and diverse forms,college archives contain rich resources,play an educational function such as demonstration,encouragement and admonition in the ideological and political education of college students,and have the value significance of strengthening ideals and beliefs,cultivating patriotic and honoring the university feelings,strengthening identity confirmation,continuing the university spirit,and cultivating moral character.Therefore,when carrying out ideological and political work for college students,the colleges should start from optimizing the educational environment,innovating output forms,deepening archive complication and research,and improving the level of informatization,so as to maximize the educational function and value of college archives,so as to build a full-staff,whole-process,and all-round education pattern that helps universities produce talents.
