摘要
心理健康教育是高校人才培养的重要一环,是学生全面发展的基础保障。研究从更新教育理念、融合教育内容、创新工作手段、拓展新媒体资源和优化师资队伍五个方面论述了可行性实践路径,以促进高校育人工作的有效开展。
Mental health education is an important part of talent training in colleges and universities,and it is the basic guarantee for the all-round development of students.The study discusses the feasible practice path from five aspects:updating educational concepts,integrating educational content,innovating work methods,expanding new media resources and optimizing teaching staff,so as to promote the effective development of education in colleges and universities.
