基于《景岳全书》探讨卫气与汗证的关系

Discussion on Relationship between Defensive Qi and Sweat Syndrome Based on Jing Yue Quan Shu

汗证是以汗出异常为主要表现的病证,现代医学中的多汗症可归属于中医汗证范畴。中医论治汗证历史悠久,疗效显著。明代医家张景岳在《景岳全书》中对于汗证有较为系统的认识,认为汗的启闭由卫气所主,自汗盗汗各有阴阳之证,治疗应以此为基础,详察病机,辨证施治。其对汗证的相关论述极大地丰富了后世治疗汗证的理论和方法,进一步明确指出了卫气对于汗的重要调节作用,启示临床诊治汗证既应以阴阳为本,调和阴阳,亦应重视调护卫气。从《景岳全书》对卫气与汗证的有关论述,探讨卫气与汗证之间的联系,以期为临床治疗汗证提供新的思路和参考。

Sweating syndrome is a syndrome characterized by abnormal sweating.Hyperhidrosis in modern medicine can be classified as a type of sweating syndrome in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),which has a long history of treating sweating syndrome and has significant therapeutic effects.Zhang Jingyue,a physician of the Ming Dynasty,had a relatively systematic understanding of sweat syndrome in his Jing Yue Quan Shu(The Complete Works of\Jing-yue).He believed that the opening and closing of sweat were controlled by defensive qi,and there were yin and yang syndromes in both spontaneous and night sweats,which was the basis for treatment,with detailed investigation of the pathogenesis and treatment based on syndrome differentiation.His related arguments on sweat syndrome have greatly enriched the theories and methods of treating sweat syndrome in later generations,further clearly pointed out the importance of defensive qi in regulating the sweat,and inspired that clinical diagnosis and treatment of sweat syndrome not only take yin and yang as the foundation,but also pay attention to regulating defensive qi.This article discusses the relationship between defensive qi and sweat syndrome from the related discussion in Jing Yue Quan Shu,with a view to providing new ideas and references for clinical treatment of sweat syndrome.
