摘要
经济社会以及科技的发展促进了警察职责、技能及警察性别比例的变化。女性警察从最初承担特定的工作、补充男性警察工作的不足,发展到成为警察队伍中不可或缺的力量。为更好发挥女性警察的优势,有必要研究当前影响女性警察工作能力提升的因素,并提出相应的对策。既能进一步减轻警察队伍的工作压力,也能实现警察队伍领导层性别的多样性,更好地促进特定职业领域内的男女平等发展。使用半结构性访谈和文献研究的方法,分别从组织内外成员对女性警察工作的支持程度、自我身份认同及制度的执行等三个方面分析论证影响女性警察工作能力提升的因素,并提出建议及对策。
The development of economy,society,science and technology has promoted the changes of police duties,skills and gender ratio.The female police have developed into an indispensable force in the police force,from initially undertaking specific work and supplementing the shortcomings of male police work.In order to give full play to the advantages of female police officers,it is necessary to study the factors that currently affect the improvement of female police working ability and put forward corresponding countermeasures.It can not only further reduce the working pressure of the police force,but also realize the gender diversity of the leadership of the police force,and better promote the equal development of men and women in specific professional fields.Using the methods of semi-structured interview and literature research,this paper analyzes and demonstrates the factors influencing the improvement of female police work ability from three aspects,namely,the degree of support for female police work by members inside and outside the organization,self-identity and system implementation,and puts forward suggestions and countermeasures for improvement.
