对警察院校“徒手协同抓捕”教学训练的思考

通过分析当前徒手防卫与控制课程中的重要教学训练内容“徒手协同抓捕”被忽视的背景、原因,指出要正确看待“徒手协同抓捕”的教学意义与作用。应厘清它与警务战术教学及战术行动的关系,提醒大家紧跟公安实践的现实需要,创新教育模式,创新教学训练方法,理顺各课程的关系,夯实各课程的接合点,加强院局合作与人员交流机制建设,落实理论与实践的良性互动,加强教师教研与业务培训,紧跟学科前沿,从而更好服务警察、警务工作。

Through the analysis of the background and reason of the neglect of the important teaching and training content of“unarmed cooperative arrest”in the course of unarmed defense and control,it is pointed out that the teaching significance and function of“unarmed cooperative arrest”should be viewed correctly.It should clarify its relationship with police tactical teaching and tactical action,remind people to keep up with the practical needs of police practice,innovate education mode,innovate teaching and training methods,straighten out the relationship between courses,strengthen the joint point of courses,enhance the cooperation and personnel exchange mechanism construction,implement the positive interaction between theory and practice,reinforce teachers’teaching and research and professional training,keep up with the frontier of the discipline,so as to better serve the police,and policing work.
