基于微课的管理心理学课程教学改革研究

摘要 管理心理学课程多年来桎梏于课堂教学的时空限制,而利用微课技术重塑课程结构,可有效改革课程教学现状。基于此,解析了管理心理学课程的核心目标和教学重点,分析了核心目标达成需求下当前管理心理学的不足之处,并基于管理心理学课程改良视域下微课的应用优势及要点,提出了管理心理学课程教学的改革路径,以期有效提高管理心理学课程教学的质量。 Management psychology courses have been shackled by the time and space limitations of classroom teaching for many years,and the use of micro-course technology to reshape the course structure can effectively reform the current situation of course teaching.Based on this,the core objectives and teaching priorities of management psychology courses are analyzed,the shortcomings of current management psychology under the demand for achieving core goals are analyzed,and the reform path of management psychology course teaching is proposed based on the application advantages and key points of micro-courses from the perspective of management psychology course improvement,in order to effectively improve the quality of management psychology course teaching.
