从历时角度考量高校档案管理办法的修订——以《中国政法大学档案管理办法》为例

Consider the revision of the Measures for the Management of University Archives from the perspective of time--Take the Measures for the Management of Archives of China University of Political Science and Law as an example

从《中国政法大学档案管理办法》章节条目的结构和内容入手,以历时发展的角度对该办法的修订进行比较,探讨高校对档案管理在体制机制、归档工作规范、队伍建设、安全管理体系、信息化推动、监督检查等方面的变化及社会环境影响因素,进一步挖掘档案管理在领导力、规范化、信息化、开放性、服务型等方面的特点,旨在为档案管理提供一定的实践源泉和业务基础。

Starting from the structure and content of the chapter entries of the Measures for the Management of Archives of China University of Political Science and Law,the revision of the Measures is compared from the perspective of historical development,and the changes and social environmental impact factors of archives management in terms of institutional mechanism,archiving work standard,team building,safety management system,informatization promotion,supervision and inspection are discussed,and the characteristics of archives management in leadership,standardization,informatization,openness and service-oriented are further explored.It aims to provide a certain source of practice and business foundation for archives management.
