“三全育人”视域下高职院校课程思政建设路径研究

Research on the Curriculum Ideology and Politics Construction Path of Higher Vocational Colleges from the Perspective of“Three-wide Education”

“工匠精神”是高质量应用型人才应具备的重要素质,培育大国“小匠”是高职院校肩负的神圣使命,培养“工匠精神”是高职院校“课程思政”建设的重要内容之一。基于“三全育人”理念指导下形成的“大思政”工作格局,构建的“课程思政”教学体系,能够深入挖掘课程背后的精神力量。将思政的“软实力”有机融入专业的“硬功夫”中,促进思政元素与课程有机结合,形成“科科有思政、处处有思政”的良好育人环境。为此,构建“一体化”领导、“科学化”运行、“过程化”育人(简称“三化”策略)体系,是引导大学生增强“树匠心、担使命”的有效之策,同时也是实现“三全育人”的创新之举。

The“spirit of workmanship”is an important quality that high quality applied talents should possess.It is the sacred mission of higher vocational colleges to cultivate“small craftsman”in a great power.Cultivating“spirit of workmanship”is exactly one of the important contents of the construction of“curriculum ideology and politics”in higher vocational colleges.Based on the“big ideological and political”work pattern formed under the guidance of the concept of“Three-wide Education”,and the“curriculum ideology and politics”teaching system constructed on this basis can deeply explore the spiritual power behind the curriculum.The“soft power”of ideological and political education will be organically integrated into the“hard work”of the specialty,and ideological and political elements will be organically combined with the curriculum to form a good educational environment of“ideological and political education can be found in every subject and everywhere”.Therefore,the construction of“integration”leadership,“scientific”operation and“process”education(referred to as the“three”strategy)is an effective way to guide college students to enhance their“ingenuity and mission”,and at the same time,it is an innovative move to realize the“Three-wide Education”.
