摘要
目的:比较不同配伍比例金银花-连翘药对合煎颗粒与单煎颗粒混合后的化学成分差异。方法:采集不同配伍比例金银花-连翘药对(1∶2、1∶1、3∶2、2∶1、3∶1)合煎颗粒及单煎颗粒混合后样品的高效液相色谱指纹图谱,并采用SPSS 26.0对指纹图谱各共有峰的峰面积/称样量值进行独立样本t检验分析。结果:指纹图谱中确定了15个共有峰,并对其中9个特征峰进行了指认。独立样本t检验结果显示,当金银花、连翘配伍比例为1∶2、1∶1时,合煎颗粒与单煎颗粒混合样品中各色谱峰峰面积/称样量值的差异无统计学意义;当金银花、连翘配伍比例为3∶2时,合煎颗粒与单煎颗粒混合样品中峰3、8、10、12的峰面积/称样量值差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);当金银花、连翘配伍比例为2∶1时,合煎颗粒与单煎颗粒混合样品中除峰8外,其余14个特征峰的峰面积/称样量值差异无统计学意义;当金银花、连翘配伍比例为3∶1时,合煎颗粒与单煎颗粒混合样品指纹图谱的差异最大,除峰4、6、8外,其余12个特征峰的峰面积/称样量值差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:不同配伍比例金银花-连翘药对合煎颗粒与单煎颗粒混合的化学成分存在差异。
Objective:To compare the of chemical components in single decoction granules(the two medicinals were separately decocted to yield respective granules which were then mixed)and combined decoction granules(the two medicinals were decocted together to yield the granules)prepared with Lonicerae Japonicae Flos(LJF)and Forsythiae Fructus(FF)at different ratios(1:2,1:1,3:2,2:1,3:1).Methods:The high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)fingerprints of the single decoction granules and combined decoction granules prepared with the two medicinals at different ratios were generated,and SPSS 26.0 was employed for independent-samples t-test of the"peak area/sample weight"values for each common peak of the fingerprints.Results:A total of 15 common peaks were found in the fingerprints,and 9 of them were identified.However,the t-test indicated no significant difference in"peak area/sample weight"value between the single decoction granules and the combined decoction granules when the of ratio of LJF to FF was 1:2 and 1:1.When the ratio was 3:2,the difference in"peak area/sample weight"of peak 3,peak 8,peak 10 and peak 12 between single decoction granules and mixed decoction granules was statistically significant(P<0.05).When the ratio was 2:1,there was no significant difference in the"peak area/sample weight"values of the characteristic peaks except peak 8 between the single decoction granules and mixed decoction granules.When the ratio was 3:1,the difference of the fingerprint of the single decoction granules and mixed decoction samples was the largest,and the difference in the"peak area/sample weight"values of the characteristic peaks except for peak 4,peak 6,and peak 8 was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:There are differences in the chemical components between single decoction granules and combined decoction granules prepared with LJF and FF at different ratios.
