摘要
以陕西省图书馆为例,回顾了该图书馆参考咨询服务的实践,并指出了该图书馆参考咨询服务存在陕西公共图书馆参考咨询联盟合作度较低、参考咨询服务人才激励制度和沟通反馈机制有待完善、参考咨询服务有待创新和深化、指导性咨询服务有待优化、合作式参考咨询服务模式尚未建立等问题,提出了优化参考咨询联盟服务体系,创建具有地方特色的资源库,搭建参考咨询平台,打造智慧服务团队,向知识服务、智慧创新服务转变,完善机构间的跨界合作机制,培养用户的信息咨询素养等“十四五”时期公共图书馆参考咨询服务策略,供同行参考。
The practice of reference services of Shaanxi Library was reviewed and the existing problems were pointed out:reference service alliances of Shaanxi public libraries are less cooperatives;reference service talent incentive system and communication feedback mechanism need to be improved;reference service need to be innovated and deepened;advisory services need to be optimized;cooperative reference service model need to be established.In this paper,strategies for public libraries’reference service in the 14th Five-Year Plan period were proposed,such as optimizing the system of reference service alliance,creating a resource library with local characteristics,building a reference service platform,building a smart service team,transforming to knowledge services and innovative smart services,improving the mechanism of cross-border cooperation among institutions,and cultivating the information literacy of users.
