摘要
针对装备定型或试用阶段的测试性验证工作需求,梳理了工程中常用的测试性验证方法和评估技术。重点对测试性试验方案的确定方法和适用条件进行了分析,并对常用的测试性评估技术进行了归纳总结。通过实践案例,对比分析了各试验方案的特点,选用样本量少的最低可接受值试验方案对装备的测试性进行了验证,有效减少了测试性验证时间,并分别利用基于正态分布、基于二项分布的参数估计法对装备测试性指标进行了评估。结合应用效果对测试性验证技术的应用条件和特点进行了分析,具有一定的实用性和参考价值。
According to the requirements of testability verification in the equipment finalization or trial phase,the testability verification methods and evaluation technologies commonly used in engineering are combed.Analysis is focused on the determination process and application conditions of testability test plan,and the commonly used testability evaluation technologies are summarized.Through practical cases,the characteristics of each test plan are compared and analyzed,and the minimum acceptable value test plan with small sample size is selected to verify the equipment testability,which effectively reduces the testability verification time.The testability indexes of equipment are evaluated by using parameter estimation methods based on normal distribution and binomial distribution respectively.Combined with the application effect,the application conditions and characteristics of testability verification technologies are analyzed,which has a certain practicability and reference value.
