摘要
针对花生播种、中耕和收获等生产环节用工多、劳动强度大等制约产业发展的突出问题,加快推进花生生产机械化势在必行,特别是在收获环节,机械化收获的比较优势十分显著,适用技术试验推广意义重大。花生大垄双行机械化作业模式采用联合机械收获,可一次性完成挖掘、去土、输送、摘果、分离、清选、集果等作业,减少作业成本,机收摘净率高、破碎率低,能够减少花生收获损失。对实现锦州市乃至辽西地区花生生产产业化、规模化、系列化,真正落实党中央的“三农”政策具有重要现实意义。
In view of the fact that there are many labors and high labor intensity in the production links of peanut sowing,cultivation and harvesting,which has become a prominent bottleneck restricting the development of the industry,it is imperative to accelerate the mechanization of peanut production,especially in the harvesting process,the comparative advantage of mechanized harvesting is very obvious.Applicable technology test promotion.Peanut big ridge double row mechanized operation mode can complete excavation,soil removal,transportation,fruit picking,separation,cleaning,fruit collection and other operations at one time through combined mechanical harvesting,which can reduce the operation cost,with high picking rate and low crushing rate,and can reduce the loss of peanut harvest.It is of great practical significance to realize the industrialization,scale and serialization of peanut production in Jinzhou city and even in western Liaoning Province,and truly implement the policy of the Party Central Committee on agriculture,rural areas and farmers.
