山东省丘陵山地果园机械化研究进展与展望

Research status and development strategy of orchard mechanization in hilly areas of Shandong Province

山东省丘陵山区果园种植规模大、果品种类多,但机械化作业水平较低。分析了近年来山东省果品产业经济社会生态效益及劳动力分布情况,探讨了山东省大力发展丘陵山地果园机械化的必要性与紧迫性,综述了动力底盘、精准植保及割草作业三种典型丘陵山地果园机械装备和技术的研究进展,探讨了山东省丘陵山区果园机械化存在的问题,得出制约山东省丘陵山区果园机械化发展的因素,并对山东省果园机械装备的发展提出了建议。

In Shandong Province,the orchard planting scale is large and the fruit varieties are various.However,the mechanization level of the orchard is low.By analyzing the economic,social and ecological benefits and labor force distribution of fruit industry in Shandong Province in recent years,this paper discusses the necessity and urgency of vigorously developing mechanization of orchard in hilly and mountainous areas in Shandong Province,summarizes the research progress of three typical mechanical equipment and technology of orchard in hilly and mountainous areas,including power chassis,precise plant protection and grass cutting,and discusses the existing problems of mechanization of orchard in hilly and mountainous areas in Shandong Province.The factors restricting the development of orchard mechanization in hilly and mountainous areas of Shandong Province were obtained,and some suggestions were put forward for the development of orchard machinery and equipment in Shandong Province.
