摘要
根系是最重要的吸收、疏导和贮藏器官,根系活力是反映根系生命活动的重要生理指标。试验比较了穴盘基质育苗条件下,不同引插时间15 d、30 d、45 d对草莓子苗根系活力和生长指标的影响。结果表明,引插30 d苗龄的草莓子苗,表现根系活力强和壮苗形态,是适宜移栽种植的草莓穴盘引插苗。
Root system is the most important organ of absorption,sparing and storage,and root activity is a physiological indicator reflecting the root vital activity.This experiment compared the effects of different induction times of 15 d,30 d and 45 d on the root system vitality and growth index of strawberry seedlings under the condition of cavity tray substrate.The results showed that the strawberry seedlings at 30 days of insertion age showed strong root vigor and strong seedling morphology,and were suitable for transplanting.
