“组织起来”的变革:晋察冀边区农业劳动互助的实践

The Transformation of"Getting Organized":the Practice of Mutual Assistance in Agricultural Labor in Shanxi-Chahar-Hebei Border Region

晋察冀边区在中国共产党的领导下,积极开展拨工、包工、劳武结合、集体耕种、合作社等多种形式的农业劳动互助合作,顽强战胜了严酷的战争环境和严重的自然灾害,有力促进了边区农业经济发展,保证了边区的抗战供给,在改造重塑农村社会、提高农民文化水平等方面也取得了重要成就。边区在不改变生产资料私有制的前提下推行“组织起来”的生产关系变革,为农业互助合作在加强组织领导、激发内在动力、坚持实事求是等方面积累了丰富的经验,对于新时代推动乡村振兴和共同富裕都具有一定的启示意义。

Under the leadership of the CPC,the Shanxi-Chahar-Hebei border region actively carried out mutual assistance and cooperation in agricultural labor in various forms,such as allocation of labor,contracting of labor,combination of labor and armed struggle,collective farming,and cooperatives,and thus it tenaciously survived in the harsh war environment and serious natural disasters,strongly promoted the development of agricultural economy in the border region,guaranteed the supply for the War of Resistance from the border region,and made important achievements in transforming and reshaping the rural society and improving the cultural level of peasants.The border region carried out the transformation of production relations by means of"getting organized"without changing the private ownership of means of production,which helped accumulating rich experience for agricultural mutual assistance and cooperation in strengthening organizational leadership,stimulating internal motivation,and adhering to the principle of seeking truth from facts.It has certain enlightenment significance for promoting rural revitalization and common prosperity in the new era.
