火电机组双联低压加热器水室现场改造技术方案研究

Research on Technical Scheme for Reconstruction of Water Chamber Power Plant with Combined Dupel LP Heater in Thermal Power Plant

文章结合华润浙江某电厂双联低压加热器水室现场改造的情况,简要介绍了水室改造的重点和难点。在确保低压加热器水室改造质量的前提下,从施工安全,降低生产成本、提高生产效率、降低改造施工难度等方面综合考虑分析,提出了切实可行的水室改造技术方案。

This paper briefly introduces the key points and difficulties of water chamber reconstruction based on the field reconstruction of double low pressure heater water chamber in a power plant of China Resources in Zhejiang Province.On the premise of ensuring the reconstruction quality of water chamber of low-pressure heater,the feasible technical scheme of water chamber transformation is put forward from the aspects of construction safety,reduction of production cost,improvement of production efficiency and reduction of construction difficulty.
