基于平面压入的材料洛氏硬度表征与应用

摘要 硬度作为材料的基本力学性能之一,在生产制造领域有着广泛应用。文章基于平面压入和双锥半解析模型建立了材料洛氏硬度表征模型,进而提出了基于平面压入获取材料洛氏硬度试验新方法,该方法仅需单次、单调平面压入试验以获取应力应变关系,在此基础上可同时获取材料洛氏硬度HRC值。针对10种金属材料分别使用IMTS-R型压入仪进行了平面压入试验与标准硬度试验,结果表明:由新方法预测的材料硬度值与标准硬度试验得到的结果吻合。 As one of the basic mechanical properties of materials,hardness is widely used in the field of manufacturing.In this paper,a material Rockwell hardness characterization model is established based on plane indentation and double cone semi analytical model,and then a new method for obtaining material Rockwell hardness test based on plane indentation is proposed.This method only needs a single and monotonic plane indentation test to obtain the stress-strain relationship.On this basis,the HRC value of material Rockwell hardness can be obtained at the same time.The plane indentation test and standard hardness test were carried out for 10 kinds of metal materials with IMTS-R indentation instrument.The results show that the hardness value predicted by the new method is consistent with the results of standard hardness test.
