摘要 电液转换阀作为汽轮机控制系统关键元件,对汽轮机控制系统性能至关重要。文章着重研究比例阀在核电控制系统中控制特点,分析比例阀与伺服阀在汽轮机液压系统的优缺点。由于高性能比例阀具有响应速度快、流量大等特点,可以实现阀门执行机构的快速响应和甩负荷不间断闭环控制,改善调节系统品质,抑制甩负荷转速飞升,大幅提高电力系统暂态稳定水平和调节系统的动态性能,具有较好的社会经济效益和推广效应。 As a key component of steam turbine control system,electro-hydraulic transfer valve plays an important role in the performance of steam turbine control system.This paper focuses on the control characteristics of proportional valve in nuclear power control system and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of proportional valve and servo valve in steam turbine hydraulic system.Due to the high performance proportional valve has the characteristics of fast response speed,large flow,can realize the rapid response of the valve actuator and continuous closed-loop control load rejection,improving the quality of control system,the inhibition of load shedding speed boost,a substantial increase in power system transient stability level and adjust the dynamic performance of system,has good social economic benefits and promotion effect.
