燃煤锅炉SCR前高温除尘对脱硝催化剂保护的研究 被引量:1

摘要 为了减轻甚至消除燃煤飞灰对选择性催化还原(SCR)催化剂的堵塞、磨损和中毒,分析飞灰对SCR催化剂的影响和现行应对措施,论述金属膜滤料和高温除尘器的主要性能,研究金属膜高温除尘器在某410 t/h燃煤锅炉上的应用效果。结果显示:布置在SCR前的高温除尘器能够极大减少进入SCR的飞灰,有效消除飞灰对催化剂的堵塞、磨损和中毒现象,还能够延长催化剂使用寿命,减小SCR和空预器阻力,节约超低排放系统能耗和成本。 To reduce or even eliminate the blocking,abrasion and poisoning of SCR catalyst caused by fly ash from coal burning,the influence of fly ash on SCR catalysts and the current countermeasures are analyzed,the main properties of metallic membrance filtering material and high-temperature precipitator,and the application effect of metallic membrance high-temperature precipitator in a 410 t/h coal-fired boiler is analyzed.The results show that the high-temperature precipitator placed in front of SCR can greatly reduce the fly ash entering SCR,and effectively eliminate the blocking,abrasion and poisoning of the catalyst,and also extend the service life of the catalyst,reduce the resistance of SCR and air preheater,and save the energy consumption and cost of the ultra-low emission system.
