跨组织资源整合与管理控制匹配对物流企业运营绩效的影响——基于需求不确定性的调节作用

The Impact of Inter-Organizational Resource Integration and Management Control on the Operational Performance of Logistics Enterprises:The Moderating Role of Demand Uncertainty

基于252家物流企业数据,考察物流企业间的跨组织资源整合与管理控制匹配对物流企业运营绩效的交互影响以及需求不确定性的调节作用。研究发现,跨组织资源获取与配用皆正向影响成本绩效和服务绩效;跨组织资源获取与正式控制匹配对服务绩效具有交互效应,但是对成本绩效的交互影响不显著;跨组织资源配用与正式控制匹配对成本绩效和服务绩效均具有交互效应;跨组织资源获取和配用分别与非正式控制匹配对成本绩效均具有交互效应,但对服务绩效的交互影响均不显著。进一步研究发现,除了跨组织资源获取与正式控制匹配对成本绩效的交互影响不受需求不确定性调节外,跨组织资源整合与管理控制的其他匹配对成本绩效和服务绩效的交互影响均受需求不确定性的正向调节。

Based on the data of 252 logistics enterprises,the interactive impacts of pairwise matching were investigated between inter-organizational resource integration and management controls on the operational performance of logistics enterprises and the moderating effects of demand uncertainty on them.The results show that inter-organizational resources acquisition and allocation can improve the cost performance and service performance.The matching between inter-organizational resource acquisition and formal control has an interactive effect on service performance,but has no significant effect on cost performance.The matching between inter-organizational resource allocation and formal control has an interactive effect on cost performance and service performance.The matching of inter-organizational resource acquisition and allocation with informal control have interactive effects on cost performance,but have no sig-nificant effects on service performance.Further research finds that the impact of the matching between inter-organizational resource acquisition and formal control on the cost performance is not moderated by demand uncertainty,and the impacts of other matching between inter-organizational resource integration and management controls on cost performance and service performance are positively moderated by demand uncertainty.
