摘要
针对公路智能巡检过程中如何获取采集数据时刻车载平台所处桩号的问题,设计了一种基于增量式编码器和可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)的测距模块。基于工业互联网实现PLC、编码器、惯性组合导航、上位机、控制端等多种设备的集成,可长时间、长距离自动获取平台的瞬时桩号位置。编码器的标定场标定和实地标定功能使得模块适用于不同尺寸车轮的车载平台,并且在测距精度和生产成本上均有显著优势。经过上万千米的公路巡查测试,模块功能、性能、精度均可满足需求,程序稳定可靠、续航时间长、实用性和适用性较强、操作简洁、交互体验感良好。经过测距试验和标定过程的重复性试验,模块测距精度和编码器标定精度均满足需求。测距模块的实地标定解决了交通、测绘、勘察等行业的公路智能养护巡查计划的核心问题,可为国家五百多万千米公路巡查数据和时空信息的自动采集提供技术支撑,对车载移动测量系统研究领域起到一定的推进作用。
A distance measurement module based on incremental encoder and programmable logic controller(PLC)is designed for the problem of how to obtain the pile number where the vehicle-mounted platform is located now of collecting data in the process of highway intelligent inspection.Based on the Industrial Internet to realize the integration of various devices such as PLC,encoder,inertial combined navigation,upper computer and console,the instantaneous pile position of the platform can be automatically acquired for a long time and a long distance.The calibration field calibration and field calibration functions of the encoder make the module suitable for vehicle-mounted platforms with different sizes of wheels,and it has significant advantages in both range accuracy and production cost.After tens of thousands of kilometers of road inspection tests,the module’s function,performance,and accuracy can meet the demand,and the program is stable and reliable,with a long range,strong practicality and applicability,simple operation,and good interactive experience.After the range measurement test and the repeatability test of the calibration process,the module’s range measurement accuracy and encoder calibration accuracy both meet the demand.The field calibration of the ranging module solves the core problem of intelligent road maintenance and inspection plan in transportation,mapping,and survey industries,and can provide technical support for the automatic collection of national road inspection data and spatio-temporal information of more than 5 million kilometers,which can play a role in promoting the research field of vehicle-mounted mobile measurement system.
