基于S7-1200的柔性表面加热温度控制系统设计

摘要 温度是工业控制中的关键变量。针对传统温度控制器调节控制精度低、超调量大的缺点,设计了一套以西门子S7-1200可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)为核心的比例积分微分(PID)的温度控制系统。基于S7-1200的温度控制系统不仅利用了PLC抗干扰能力强、方便可靠、适用性强的优点,而且借助于人机接口(HMI)组态软件所具有的强大的开放性和出色的设备操作状态实时信息显示的优点,可实现温度检测和闭环控制功能,使柔性表面加热系统在加热过程中的温度控制稳定、温度调节响应速度快、超调量小。采用PLC的温度控制系统,为有高温、低温或是防冷凝冻结要求的温度控制,特别是为多通道复杂管线的温度控制提供了全新的系统解决方案和思路。这可进一步拓展柔性表面加热系统在多通道温度控制领域的应用,从而实现温度控制的集约、高效,达到节能降耗的目的。 Temperature is the key variable in industrial control.In view of the shortcomings of low precision and large overshoot of traditional temperature controller regulation and control,a proportional integral differential(PID)temperature control system with Siemens S7-1200 programmable logic controller(PLC)as the core is designed.The S7-1200-based temperature control system not only takes advantage of the PLC’s strong anti-interference capability,convenience,reliability and applicability,but also realizes temperature detection and closed-loop control functions with the advantages of powerful openness and excellent real-time information display of equipment operation status provided by the human machine interface(HMI)configuration software,which enables the flexible surface heating system to have stable,fast response time of temperature adjustment and small overshoot amount.The PLC temperature control system provides a new system solution and idea for temperature control of high temperature,low temperature or anti-condensation freezing requirements,especially for the temperature control of multi-channel complex pipelines.It can further expand the application of flexible surface heating system in the field of multi-channel temperature control,to realize the intensive and efficient temperature control and achieve the purpose of energy saving and consumption reduction.
