摘要
机床数据可视化与程序管理系统研究是提升机床生产控制质量的有效方法。基于机床数据,研究了机床生产管控系统。通过对机床设备进行联网改造和网络统一接入,实现了机床数据统一管理。基于数据采集分析平台,实现了机床工艺参数、运行参数等关键信息的实时采集。定制开发了设备实时状态、工艺执行监测、设备异常告警、能源耗材使用、场景化智能算法模型等生产管控系统模块,实现了多层级数据可视化与统计分析。该研究为机床生产管控系统的推广和应用奠定基础。
Machine tool data visualization and program management system research is an effective way to improve the quality of machine tool production control.Based on the machine tool data,the machine tool production control system is studied.The unified management of machine tool data is realized through networking transformation of machine tool equipment and unified network access.Based on the data collection and analysis platform,the real-time collection of machine tool process parameters,operation parameters and other key information is realized.Production control system modules such as real-time equipment status,process execution monitoring,equipment abnormality alarm,energy and consumables usage,and scenario-based intelligent algorithm models are custom-developed to realize multi-level data visualization and statistical analysis.The research lays the foundation for the promotion and application of the machine tool production control system.
