The sericulture industry is a traditional characteristic industry in rural areas of Rugao City,which is an efficient,ecological,and enriching industry.In order to promote the high-quality development of the sericulture industry,the article analyzes the current situation and advantages of the development of the sericulture industry in Rugao City,as well as the problems in its development,and the suggestions for promoting the transformation and upgrading of the sericulture industry to high-quality development are proposed from policy guidance,leading enterprise drive,base construction,technological support,and capital investment.
