摘要
随着我国城(市)镇污水处理提标改造的推进,强化生物脱氮除磷技术被广泛应用,其中低碳高效生物膜脱氮技术备受关注,但由于城(市)镇污水水质波动大、碳氮比低等原因,大部分生物膜处理工程挂膜效果差,需补充大量碳源。研究利用聚氨酯新型生物悬浮填料强化耦合双膜内循环处理工艺处理来宾市兴宾区城镇污水,工程实践表明:耦合新型填料可提升处理系统的抗冲击负荷能力,提升COD与TN去除效率。城厢镇污水COD去除率由87.00%上升至91.00%,且出水水质更稳定;TN去除率由50.13%上升至62.49%,TN去除率提升明显;蒙村镇处理站出水水质更优,两地出水COD、氨氮和TN稳定达《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》1级A标。
With the promotion of standard upgrading of urban sewage treatment in China,enhanced biological nitrogen and phosphorus removal technology has been widely used,in which low-carbon and high-efficiency biofilm denitrification technology has attracted much attention,but due to the great fluctuation of urban sewage quality low carbon-nitrogen ratio and other reasons,most biofilm treatment projects have poor biofilm effect and need to supplement a large number of carbon sources.In this study,the enhanced coupling double membrane internal circulation treatment process of polyurethane new biological suspension fillers was used to treat urban sewage in Xingbin District of Laibin City.The engineering practice shows that the coupling new fillers can improve the anti-impact load capacity of the treatment system and improve the removal efficiency of COD and TN.The COD removal rate of Chengxiang town sewage increased from 87.00%to 91.00%respectively and the effluent quality was more stable;the TN removal rate increased from 50.13%to 62.49%TN removal rate significantly;the effluent quality of Mengcun town treatment station was also better,and the COD,ammonia nitrogen and TN of the two places were stable up to grade A of"Pollutant Discharge Standard of Urban Sewage Treatment Plant".
