铝镓锡锌合金微观组织及产氢性能的研究

摘要 通过制备不同成分的Al-Ga-Sn-Zn四元产氢铝合金,文章研究了Ga、Sn、Zn元素对铝合金产氢性能的影响,并通过XRD、SEM、EDS等对样品的微观组织进行分析。研究结果表明:添加低熔点金属Ga、Sn、Zn可以显著提高铝合金中铝的水解,其中Ga对铝合金的产氢效率提升效果最显著,Zn少量时可以促进铝合金水解,过多则会抑制铝合金的水解。铝合金的产氢机理是添加低熔点金属破坏铝表面的氧化铝薄膜,并与铝形成微腐蚀电池,促进铝合金的水解。 Al-Ga-Sn-Zn quaternary hydrogen-producing alloys with different compositions were prepared.The effects of Ga,Sn and Zn elements on the hydrogen production properties of aluminum alloys were studied,and the microstructures of the samples were analyzed by XRD,SEM and EDS.The research results show that the addition of low melting point metals Ga,Sn and Zn can significantly improve the hydrolysis of aluminum in aluminum alloys,among which Ga has the most significant effect on improving the hydrogen production efficiency of aluminum alloys.A small amount of Zn can promote the hydrolysis of aluminum alloys,while too much Zn can inhibit the hydrolysis of aluminum alloys.The hydrogen production mechanism of aluminum alloy is to add low melting point metal to destroy the aluminum oxide film on the surface of aluminum,and form a micro-corrosion battery with aluminum to promote the hydrolysis of aluminum alloy.
