基于“治未病”理念的中医护理应用探讨

中医“治未病”理念经过长期的实践和发展,已经逐渐趋于完备,对疾病的防治方面具有独特的优势。文章通过中医护理在中医辨证施护和整体观念理论,具体阐述了未病先防、既病防变和瘥后防复的中医特色“治未病”护理理念,认为将中医的“治未病”理念与中医护理相结合,给予患者合适的健康管理指导,早期及时从饮食调摄、生活方式等层面进行干预,对促进患者健康具有一定的参考意义。

After long-term practice and development,the idea of"preventive treatment of disease"in traditional Chinese medicine has gradually become complete,and has unique advantages in the prevention and treatment of diseases.Based on the theory of TCM nursing in TCM syndrome differentiation and holistic concept,the article expounds the TCM characteristic"preventive treatment of disease"nursing idea of prevention before disease,prevention of existing disease and prevention after cure.It is believed that combining the"preventive treatment of disease"idea of TCM with TCM nursing,giving patients appropriate health management guidance,and early and timely intervention from the aspects of diet regulation,lifestyle,etc.,has certain reference significance for promoting patients*health.
