循证医学在“中医内科学”实训课程中的运用研究

Research on the Application of Evidence-Based Medicine in the Practical Training Course of"Internal Medicine of Traditional Chinese Medicine"

目的:探究循证医学对中医内科学实训课程影响及运用。方法:选择广西中医药大学大三年级的学生,分为对照组和观察组,对照组给予常规带教方式,观察组给予人文素养+循证医学教学模式,观察两组实训后的病历书写和体格检查评分,并采用问卷调查法让参与实训的学生进行满意度的评分,并对比。结果:观察组的病历书写的评分、满意度评分高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组的体格检查评分与对照组相比,无差异(P>0.05)。结论:结合循证医学在中医内科学中进行实训教学有助于提高医学生的病史采集、诊疗临床思维能力,适合开展运用。

Objective:To explore the influence and application of evidence-based medicine on the practical training course of"Internal Medicine of Traditional Chinese Medicine".Methods:The junior students of Guangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected and divided into control group and observation group.The control group was given routine teaching mode,and the observation group was given humanistic literacy and evidence-based medicine teaching mode.The case writing and physical examination scores of the two groups after the training were observed.The students who participated in the training were asked to score their satisfaction with the questionnaire survey method and compared.Results:The score of case writing and satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no difference in the physical examination score between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion:Combining evidence-based medicine with practice teaching in internal medicine of traditional Chinese medicine can help improve medical students'ability of medical history collection,clinical thinking of diagnosis and treatment,and is suitable for application.
