思政教育融入“食品深加工技术”课程的设计与评价体系构建——以广西农业职业技术大学为例

摘要 将思政教育融入专业课程的教育实践活动中,是高校思想政治工作的时代需求,也是落实“立德树人”根本任务的保证。“食品深加工技术”课程团队围绕教学目标,科学开发了思政案例,将思政元素有机地融入到教学中,以期达到“润物细无声”的育人目的。为了有效评价课程思政教学效果,形成了客体因素、教师主体因素和学生主体因素三个维度的评价系统,以各指标的重要度对各指标进行权重赋值,从而完成了评价指标体系的构建。 The integration of ideological and political education into the educational practice of professional courses is the demand of the times for ideological and political work in colleges and universities,and also the guarantee for the implementation of the fundamental task of"building morality and cultivating people".The course team of"Food Deep Processing Technology"has scientifically developed ideological and political cases based on the teaching objectives,and organically integrated the ideological and political elements into the teaching,so as to achieve the purpose of"moistening things and educating people silently".In order to effectively evaluate the teaching effect of ideological and political education,an evaluation system with three dimensions,namely object factor,teacher subject factor and student subject factor,has been formed.The weight of each index is assigned according to the importance of each index,thus completing the construction of the evaluation index system.
